Hi Jon, It’s only been about 5 days since I first contacted you. I just wanted to let you know that if this keeps up (and even gets better after the holiday ads are gone), then you have sincerely changed my life. I was profitable on day 3, and incredibly profitable yesterday and even more so at this point today. Not every article is a winner, but you can manage that with targeting and optimizing. I only really have 2 really profitable articles out of 13 or 14 so far, but maybe 2 or 3 others are showing potential once they are optimized. Hey Jon, Just wanted to say THANK YOU for such an amazing course! I’ve been publishing niche websites for around 5 years with my main traffic source being organic SEO. I was having very good success until Google started to roll out with all their Panda and Penguin updates which affected a lot of my rankings and revenue. Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

• How much will it cost to set up my website?

  I use WordPress with a premium theme.   Low cost hosting will do the job.  I strongly recommend a particular theme costing $99 (but it’s not required, just suggested).  Hosting is about $5 to $6 per month.
  

• How much money will I make?

  Unfortunately, I can’t answer this.  It’s important you understand that this course simply shares what I did and do.  I do not guarantee similar results at all.  All I’m offering is a detailed course setting out my approach to launching and building niche websites.
  

• Do I have to pay for ads?

  It’s not absolutely required, but it speeds up traffic generation very quickly.  I never would have scaled up as I have if I did not invest in ads.  My method involves starting with low daily budgets and scaling up slowly, month after month.  However, you can take the slower approach relying on organic traffic from social media and the search engines.  It’s totally up to you.  The course covers buying traffic in detail (based on what I do).
  

• Are there other costs involved?

  The guide includes a section on email marketing which requires some software tools… but this is optional (but recommended).  The only absolutely required expense is website hosting, and even then you could use a free website builder as long as display ads are permitted.  Free hosting isn’t recommended, but it’s an option.
  

• What's included?

  The guide is 88 pages, single-spaced (20,205 words).  I’m known for providing in-depth guides loaded with concrete “how-to” information.  It’s based on a real-life, profitable niche model in-use today. The course includes 9 training videos (accessible via the Guide).
  

• Do I have to pay for content?

  The course reveals several methods I use for getting content (including images).  Some methods are free while others require investing money.
  

• Is there an OTO or upsell?

  Yes.  There’s an upsell, but it’s a guide that teaches a different model.  The 2 models can work together, but each are self-contained courses.
  

• Do I have to sell physical products or create a digital product?

  No.  My revenue is from display ads and affiliate commissions.
  

• Do I have to build backlinks for SEO purposes?

  No.  The course explains how I get 3,200 to 5,000 daily organic search visits without building a single link (other than social media links).  It’s quite remarkable.
  

• Do I have to do email marketing?

  I run an email newsletter with my niche site, but it’s not a required component.  It’s up to you.  I generate the lion’s share of revenue directly from the website.  The course includes an extensive section explaining how I run my email newsletter for the niche… but it’s not required to generate revenue.  I spend only 20 to 30 minutes per week creating the newsletters so it’s not that much work.
  

• Does this require SEO?

  Not in the sense that you need to go out and build backlinks.  My traffic sources include organic search traffic, but that’s in addition to many other sources. While my niche blog attracts thousands of organic search visitors per day, it’s a result of non-link-building factors. However, you can certainly incorporate off-site SEO if you wish as an additional traffic source.
  

• Do I need an Adsense account?

  Adsense is a significant part of my revenue, so it helps dramatically.  I’ve not pursued this type of blog without Adsense, so I can’t say whether it works without it.
